Meet the Heads of Year

Our Heads of Year play a vital role in supporting students throughout their journey at our school. They provide both academic and pastoral leadership, ensuring that every young person feels valued, supported, and challenged to achieve their very best.

Designed to allow these leaders to focus specifically on the needs of their year group, the Head of Year role ensures that every student benefits from a rich and varied academic and pastoral experience. They work closely with students, families, teachers, and external agencies to promote achievement, wellbeing, attendance, and personal development.

As key advocates for their year group, our Heads of Year build strong relationships with students and families, helping to celebrate successes, address challenges, and create a positive school experience where every student can thrive.
