House System
The House system is integral to the running of the Academy. Every pupil is a member of a House, and each House has its own unique identity. There is a healthy competition between them as they compete throughout the year to earn achievement points that contribute to the five cups; Attendance, Respect, Determination, Excellence & Competitions. However, the most sought-after prize is the House Cup, awarded to the House that achieves highest in the above criteria. The winners are revealed in our annual House Cup Assembly at the end of the year.

For our students, their House and their tutor group is an important part of their identity. Our Heads of House support their teams of form tutors, as well as leading and managing attendance and behavioral issues in their House. They also contact parents on a regular basis.
