Curriculum, Teaching and Learning

At Clarendon Academy, we pride ourselves in providing an outstanding curriculum and standard of teaching to all of our students. 

In this section of the website, you will find information on the following:

Our Curriculum Model: This explores the values, aims and principles behind our curriculum model. Essentially, these are the means by which we have designed our curriculum at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. 

Teaching and Learning: The way in which we deliver and develop excellent standards of teaching and learning in every Clarendon classroom.

Key Stage 3: What our students study, how they study it, and how they are assessed in Years 7-9. 

Key Stage 4: What our students study, how they study it, and how they are assessed in Years 10-11. This includes GCSEs and other Level 2 qualifications. 

Key Stage 5: What our students study, how they study it, and how they are assessed in Years 12 and 13. This includes A-Levels and other Level 3 qualifications. More information is also available from the Sixth Form section of the website.   

Enhanced Provisions: The way in which we deliver our curriculum to students in enhanced provisions.
