Welcome to the Clarendon Academy
Welcome to our website; we hope that you can get a view of what it's like to be part of Team Clarendon, a community where students excel in their studies and aspire to excellence. From our website you can only get a sample of what we do. We always welcome prospective parents to come and see us in action; contact us to arrange a tour.

Dear parents and carers

I am pleased to announce that I have been appointed as the permanent Headteacher at Clarendon Academy. I came to Clarendon in September as Acting Head and knew immediately that this was the school I wanted to lead into the future. This week, I was interviewed by the Acorn Education Trust (a fairly robust and gruelling experience) and am pleased to say that I was offered the position on a permanent basis. I accepted it within seconds and I feel truly honoured to be the Headteacher.

We now look forward to a bright future. I want us all (students, parents and the school)  to work together as a team to provide the best learning environment for all children in our community. Clarendon Academy is in a very good place and we will achieve great things together.

As existing parents, I welcome your continued involvement in partnership with us and look forward to working alongside you for many years to come. Our aim is to educate the whole child and create happy, successful and prosperous young adults.

For new or prospective parents, please do get in touch. Clarendon is a great school and we would love to show you around. If you would like to see us in action, please do contact the school and we can arrange a time for you to do that.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Mr R Price
